Today I still weighed 75.5Kg and I stopped with the large weight loss. I’m still happy with the 3.5kg loss and know it will eventually keep going down. Looking forward to cheat day on the weekend.

Today I stalled. That means that the 3.5kg loss was probably mostly water from low sodium. I hope my climbing buddy is available today, because I’m looking forward to climbing today!

Today I couldn’t believe the scales. I’ve dropped 3.5kg already and this is day three. This occurs because I’m eating less sodium and I’m retaining less water.
Today is day two, yesterday I felt quite good, I never felt hungry. I am only missing a good coffee with milk. I’m quite happy with the kangaroo steak I had last night and had some left overs for lunch. I can see that being a staple for dinner. Continue reading
